History
I have been involved with the IT starting early 2005, moved to management, leadership and delivery on 2009. Intuitively I always went for simplicity, merit and scalability. Working with companies of different sizes (from 20 to 70 000 ppl) and various industries has given me a good perspective of what can be achieved in the area of Project Management and Delivery.
IT is not my only background. I wholeheartedly believe that to be good at something you can’t be ‘just’ good at that thing. You need experience of the surrounding areas or even areas seemingly unrelated to be truly exceptional at leadership and management.
And so as a teenager - I worked as an apprentice with my Uncle who is a true professional electrician and HVAC specialist. He taught me quality, responsibility and craftsmanship and to go that extra mile, to take that extra effort to make something I can be proud of.
I also started discovering how one’s psyche and energy is deeply rooted in the body, movement and vocalizations. Despite all odds - I sang on a stage. That showed me that if you have something to say, it doesn’t have to be perfect. People will get the message, will feel the energy as long as the courage is there.
I always loved art, it was always there in the background. As a 30+ year old guy I draw my attention to art more seriously. I authored and performed my own theatrical act that you can actually watch here. This was a profound experience, taught me about the power of improvisation, trusting myself and my instincts.

2019 - Agile Delivery framework enhanced with Business Development, 5 Business Development Managers hooked on. Co-created Assessment Center for Project Leaders.
2018 - over 10 Project Managers using the framework worldwide, over 50 projects delivered. Orchestrated putting together company’s DNA & mission.
2017 - becoming a member of the Extended Management Team in Siili Poland - Project Management and Delivery
2016 - created 1st version of the Agile Delivery Framework
2016 - ReimaGO (Project of the Year, Grand One award for best UX)
2009 - 2016 - leading multiple projects for telecoms, security, e-comm, clothing industries
2009 - leading 1st team as a Scrum Master. This team still exists as close friends with families.
